Purchase Tickets Online

Tickets may be purchased online from our Calendar page or AXS.com.

The default (free!) method of delivery for tickets purchased online is AXS Mobile ID.

Download the AXS app on a smartphone and log in using the same email address that you used to purchase your tickets. For enhanced ticket security, the mobile barcode changes every 60 seconds, so screenshots are not accepted for entry.

If you purchased tickets for someone else to use, you may transfer the tickets to their account through either the AXS app or AXS.com.

Purchase Tickets in Person

You may also purchase tickets for all Franklin Music Hall shows with NO SERVICE FEES directly from our box office (421 N 7th Street) on Fridays 12pm-6pm. On show days the box office will open 2 hours before the scheduled door time. Box office closure varies depending on the timing of each show.

The box office accepts most forms of payment, including American Express, most major credit cards and cash. There is an ATM located on the premises.

Box Office Policies

  • Unless otherwise stated on the event page, all shows are general admission standing. There are no assigned seats associated with these tickets.
  • All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age. Age restrictions (if any) are listed on the event ticket page. Most shows are All Ages unless otherwise noted.
  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given if you can no longer attend the event.
  • Franklin Music Hall is unable to re-issue, verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets which were not purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e. directly at box office, AXS.com). For this reason, and because we are unable to provide any information regarding ticket purchases to a party other than the cardholder on the order, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers.

My event was Postponed – Please hang onto your ticket; it’s still good for the new date. When the new event date is announced we’ll notify you via email.

My event was Canceled – We will automatically refund you via the original payment method. If your original payment method is no longer valid we will contact you for an updated method of payment. If you paid cash at the box office you can bring the tickets back to the box office during normal business hours to request a cash refund.

Will Call

Will call tickets may be picked up at the box office on the day of the event once the box office opens. Please bring a valid photo ID matching the name on the order, the credit card used for the purchase, and the order confirmation number. Will call name changes must go through the original point of sale/receipt.
